1. How do I access my student’s photos?
If we have your email on file, simply click “Already have an account?” and enter your email address. Your student’s gallery is already connected.

If you received an access code, you can enter it on the login page to view the gallery.

 
2. Can I order for multiple siblings at once?
Yes! If your students are linked to the same email address, all galleries will appear in your account automatically.

If you have separate access codes, you can enter multiple codes under “Got another access code?” to combine orders and save on shipping.

 
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on payment confirmation, products ordered, and shipping method.

Orders shipped to schools are processed in bulk after the order deadline.

Home delivery timelines depend on product type (typically 5–10 business days).

 
4. Will the watermark be removed?
Yes. Watermarks are only visible in the online gallery to protect images. All purchased products are delivered without watermarks.

 
5. Can I crop or adjust my photo?
Yes. Cropping tools are available in your cart before checkout. You’ll see resolution indicators to help ensure the best print quality.

 
6. How do I check my order status?
Use the link in your order confirmation email, or log in with your email address and view your order details under “My Account.” Please note that the print lab does not update the order status, but you should receive a tracking email once it ships.
